119.03 All pipelines and fittings appurtenant thereto used in the drilling, operating or producing of oil and/or natural gas well(s) are to be designed for at least the greatest anticipated operating pressure or the maximum regulated relief pressure in accordance with the current recognized design practices of the industry.
