119.03 (A) No enhanced recovery operation shall cause or allow movement of fluid into a source of underground water, and no saltwater shall be injected into an underground formation other than in a manner approved by the division. (B) Except as authorized by the division, any construction, conversion to, or operation of an enhanced recovery project is prohibited.
