119.03 To qualify for ODA's approval, a quality improvement project shall meet all of the following: (A) The project shall improve the quality of a nursing home. (B) The project shall have elements that include a plan, action aimed at improving quality, evaluation of the action, and proposed new action resulting from the evaluation.
