Rule 3309-1-67. Electronic transactions

111.15 The school employees retirement system may provide an electronic medium to perform an action and such medium shall constitute a form or application provided or required by the system. An action taken through the electronic medium shall have the same effect as a filing made on paper. The system is not required to create an electronic medium to perform an action, nor accept an electronic document that is not designated by the system as the form or application necessary to perform an action.
