Rule 3335-13-02. Smoking - tobacco

111.15 The prohibition of the smoking of tobacco within university facilities designated as "no smoking" areas by the authority delegated by the director of administrative services of the state of Ohio has been established to protect the comfort and health of persons who do not smoke or to whom such smoke is objectionable. Further, the smoking of tobacco in such designated areas is a violation of section 3791.031 of the Revised Code, and all violators are subject to prosecution.
