Rule 3335-13-04. Duplication of keys or other access devices

111.15 Except as specifically authorized by the president, their designee, or a university official authorized to make decisions regarding the issuance of university keys or other access devices, no person shall knowingly make or cause to be made any key or other access device for any building, laboratory, facility, or room of the university.
