Rule 3335-23-14. Record of proceedings

111.15 A single record consisting of written notes, audio recording, or other method selected by the hearing body, will be made of all hearings. Such record will remain university property but will be made available to the respondent for review during the appeal period. A written notice of the decision will be provided to the respondent. If the respondent is found in violation, information regarding appeal procedures will be provided to the respondent.
