Rule 3335-5-45.1. Presiding officer

111.15 The president of the university shall be the presiding officer of the university senate. In the absence of the president or at the president's request the executive vice president and provost shall preside. In the absence of both the president and the executive vice president and provost, the chair of the steering committee shall preside.
