Rule 3335-7-01. Definition

111.15 Clinical/teaching/practice are faculty appointments of the same type that are fixed term contract appointments that do not entail tenure. These faculty are teacher/practitioners and shall be engaged primarily in teaching activities related to courses or instructional situations involving live patients or live clients; courses or instructional situations involving the simulation of live patients or live clients; courses or instructional situations involving professional skills; or teaching as defined in paragraph (A)(2) of rule 3335-6-02 of the Administrative Code.
