111.15 To ensure that the university board of trustees meets its governance obligations under all applicable laws and regulations, the university Wexner medical center board shall be accountable to the university board of trustees. The chair of the Wexner medical center board or his/her designee shall present a comprehensive report annually to the university board of trustees at its fall meeting on the state of the Wexner medical center, including an assessment of quality of care, overall operations and finance, compliance, and strategic plans, as well as opportunities for the future.
