Rule 3335-93-07. Vacancies

111.15 Whenever a vacancy occurs on the university Wexner medical center board, the chair of the university Wexner medical center board shall immediately notify the chair of the university board of trustees, the university president, and the executive vice president and chancellor for health affairs, so that the university board of trustees or the appropriate appointing authority identified in paragraph (B) of rule 3335-93-01 of the Administrative Code may appoint a new member as soon as possible to fill the unexpired term.
