Rule 3344-14-09. Amendments

111.15 Amendments to these bylaws may be proposed by the graduate council or by petition of at least five per cent of the members of the faculty of the college of graduate studies. Members of the faculty of the college of graduate studies shall vote by paper or electronic ballot on such proposed amendments, and a two-thirds vote of those voting is required to adopt a proposed amendment.
