Rule 3344-65-12. Gifts and gratuities

111.15 Both state law and university policy prohibit the receipt of gifts or gratuities from vendors or others who do business with the university. State law forbids a public servant to "solicit or accept ... anything of value that is of such a character as to manifest a substantial and improper influence upon the public official or employee with respect to that person's duties," division (E) of section 102.03 of the Revised Code.
