111.15 (A) Under section 123.152 of the Revised Code, five per cent of the annual total aggregate purchases of goods and services are to be targeted for EDGE certified vendors, certified by the equal opportunity department of the state of Ohio. The cooperation of all departments is required and expected in support of this effort.
