Rule 3357:12-5-19. Retirement programs

111.15 Ohio public institutions do not participate in the social security administration, other than contributions to medicare. While employed with the college, your retirement contributions must be invested with one of the state retirement systems, state teachers retirement system of Ohio for faculty, state employees retirement system of Ohio for staff, or the alternative retirement plan, an alternative to state teachers retirement system or state employees retirement system of Ohio for eligible faculty and staff.
