111.15 Except as provided in this rule, the use, possession or carrying of a firearm or other weapon on property owned or leased by the college, by any person other than a college security officer or qualified law enforcement officer as defined in division (A)(11) of section 2901.01 of the Revised Code, is prohibited and in violation of state law.
