Rule 3358:5-3-10. Faculty salary administration policy

111.15 (A) Clark state college supports a salary administration process that is based on internal equity and market competitiveness. (B) Fair market value is also a critical component of salary administration. (C) The college shall use benchmarks of other colleges against which the salaries will be compared.
