Rule 3379-3-07. Organization

111.15 At every meeting, the chair of the council, or in the absence of the chair, the vice chair, or in the absence of both, the secretary may act as chair. The secretary of the council may act as secretary at all meetings. In the absence of the secretary, the director shall perform all duties of the office of secretary as specified in rule 3379-7-05 of the Administrative Code.
