Rule 3701-17-02. Application of rules

119.03 (A) All nursing homes will comply with rules 3701-17-01 to 3701-17-26 of the Administrative Code and the applicable provisions of Chapter 3721. of the Revised Code. (B) Nothing contained in rules 3701-17-01 to 3701-17-26 of the Administrative Code is to be construed as authorizing the supervision, regulation, or control of the spiritual care or treatment of residents in any nursing home who rely upon treatment by prayer or spiritual means in accordance with the creed or tenets of any recognized church or religious denomination; provided, however, each nursing home will otherwise comply with rules 3701-17-01 to 3701-17-26 of the Administrative Code, and each resident will otherwise be provided with the services and care obligated by such rules.
