Rule 4781-4-01. Delegation of duties

119.03 The director of the department of commerce, pursuant to section 4781.011 of the Revised Code, shall delegate the duties and responsibilities authorized herein to the superintendent of the division of industrial compliance and the superintendent of the division of real estate and professional licensing as appropriate.
