Rule 3701:1-38-17. Storage and control of a licensed or registered source of radiation

119.03 (A) The licensee shall secure licensed radioactive material from unauthorized removal or access. (B) The licensee shall maintain constant surveillance and shall use devices or administrative procedures to prevent unauthorized use of licensed radioactive material that is in an unrestricted area and that is not in storage. (C) The registrant shall use devices or administrative procedures to prevent unauthorized use of radiation-generating equipment.
