Rule 3701:1-50-26. Exemption of physicians

119.03 Any physician licensed by a state to dispense drugs in the practice of medicine is exempt from rule 3701:1-50-05 of the Administrative Code with respect to transport by the physician of licensed material for use in the practice of medicine. However, any physician operating under this exemption must be licensed under Chapter 3701:1-58 of the Administrative Code, or equivalent regulations of the United States nuclear regulatory commission or an agreement state.
