119.03 Ohio department of health birth defects information system staff or appropriate staff from community programs may contact parents and legal guardians of children reported to the birth defects information system to offer referral information for specialty physicians and other agencies and programs such as help me grow early intervention, regional comprehensive genetics centers, public health nurses at local health departments, and the "Children with Medical Handicaps Program" (CMH).
