Rule 3701-83-32. Quality assessment and performance improvement - inpatient rehabilitation facilities

119.03 As part of the quality assessment and performance improvement program required under rule 3701-83-12 of the Administrative Code, each inpatient rehabilitation facility shall collect and maintain the following data on an annual basis and shall report such data to the director upon request: (A) The total number of patients admitted to the facility; (B) The total number of patients discharged from the facility; (C) The total number of patients transferred to an acute care setting such as, but not limited to, a hospital; (D) The total number of patients transferred to a long-term care setting such as, but not limited to, a nursing home; (E) The total number of patients who achieved discharge goals; and (F) The total number of patients readmitted to the facility for rehabilitation needs based on the same episode.
