Rule 3745-150-01. Definitions

119.03 The following definitions apply to this chapter: (A) "Director" means the director of the Ohio environmental protection agency, or the director's duly authorized representative. (B) "Assistance proposal" means a proposal to receive financial assistance from the Ohio water pollution control loan fund under section 6111.036 of the Revised Code for the implementation of activities.
