119.03 All healthcare facilities, including very small quantity generators operating in accordance with rule 3745-52-14 of the Administrative Code in lieu of rules 3745-266-500 to 3745-266-510 of the Administrative Code, and reverse distributors are prohibited from discharging hazardous waste pharmaceuticals to a sewer system that passes through to a publicly-owned treatment works. Healthcare facilities and reverse distributors remain subject to the prohibitions in 40 CFR 403.5(b) and paragraph (B) of rule 3745-3-04 of the Administrative Code.
