Rule 3745-267-203. Special requirements for incompatible wastes - tank systems - standardized permitting

119.03 (A) Owners or operators may not place incompatible wastes, or incompatible wastes and materials, in the same tank system, unless the owner or operator complies with paragraph (B) of rule 3745-267-17 of the Administrative Code. (B) Owners or operators may not place hazardous waste in a tank system that has not been decontaminated and that previously held an incompatible waste or material, unless the owner or operator complies with paragraph (B) of rule 3745-267-17 of the Administrative Code.
