119.03 (A) Owners or operators shall furnish all records, including plans, required under Chapter 3745-267 of the Administrative Code upon the request of any officer, employee, or representative of Ohio EPA who is duly designated by the director, if applicable. (B) The retention period for all records required under Chapter 3745-267 of the Administrative Code is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action involving the facility or as requested by the director.
