Rule 3745-47-01. Adjudication - applicability and construction of rules

119.03 (A) This chapter governs the procedure for all adjudication proceedings and other procedures relating to adjudications pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, or any other statute or rule providing for an adjudication proceeding before the agency. (B) This chapter shall be construed liberally to accomplish the purposes of the chapters and sections of the Revised Code governing the functions and duties of the agency, and to afford maximum procedural fairness consistent with just, timely, and efficient resolution of disputes. (C) For purposes of this chapter, license, permit, variance, certificate, and registration include at a minimum all provisions, terms, conditions, specifications, requirements, and limitations set forth in the document, appended thereto, or incorporated by reference.
