Rule 3745-50-19. Petitions to exclude a waste generated at a particular facility

119.03 (A) Any person seeking to exclude a waste at a particular generating facility from the lists in rules 3745-51-30 to 3745-51-35 of the Administrative Code (40 CFR Part 261 subpart D) may petition U.S. EPA for a regulatory amendment pursuant to 40 CFR 260.22. (B) Ohio EPA will recognize U.S. EPA's decision pursuant to 40 CFR 260.22 to grant or deny a petition for an exclusion of a waste at a particular generating facility.
