Rule 3745-50-30. Trade secrets- confidentiality of information

119.03 (A) Any record, report, or other information obtained under Chapter 3734. of the Revised Code or the "hazardous waste rules" as defined in rule 3745-50-10 of the Administrative Code may be claimed as confidential by the submitter pursuant to a trade secrets claim under rule 3745-49-03 of the Administrative Code or section 149.43 of the Revised Code. (B) Claims of confidentiality for the name and address of any permit applicant or permittee will be denied.
