119.03 (A) Large quantity generators and small quantity generators. An eligible academic entity shall ensure that a trained professional makes a hazardous waste determination, pursuant to rule 3745-52-11 of the Administrative Code, for unwanted material in any of the following areas: (1) In the laboratory before the unwanted material is removed from the laboratory, in accordance with rule 3745-52-210 of the Administrative Code. (2) Within four calendar days after the unwanted material arrives at an on-site central accumulation area, in accordance with rule 3745-52-211 of the Administrative Code. (3) Within four calendar days after the unwanted material arrives at an on-site interim or permitted treatment, storage, or disposal facility, in accordance with rule 3745-52-212 of the Administrative Code. (B) Very small quantity generators. An eligible academic entity shall ensure that a trained professional makes a hazardous waste determination, pursuant to paragraphs (A) to (D) of rule 3745-52-11 of the Administrative Code, for unwanted material in the laboratory before the unwanted material is removed from the laboratory, in accordance with rule 3745-52-210 of the Administrative Code.
