Rule 3745-535-500. Construction certification

119.03 Not later than three hundred sixty-five days after installation of an engineered component specified in rule 3745-27-08 of the Administrative Code, the owner or operator shall do the following: (A) Submit a construction certification report to Ohio EPA and the approved health district that is prepared, signed, and sealed in accordance with rule 3745-27-08 of the Administrative Code. (B) Place a copy of the certification report into the operating record in accordance with rule 3745-27-09 of the Administrative Code.
