Rule 3745-54-70. Applicability - manifest system, recordkeeping, and reporting

119.03 (A) Applicability. (1) Rules 3745-54-70 to 3745-54-77 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as rule 3745-54-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise. (2) Paragraphs (A) and (B) of rule 3745-54-71 and rules 3745-54-72 and 3745-54-76 of the Administrative Code do not apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, and to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to waste military munitions exempted from manifest requirements under paragraph (A) of rule 3745-266-203 of the Administrative Code. (3) Paragraph (B)(9) of rule 3745-54-73 of the Administrative Code only applies to permittees who treat, store, or dispose of hazardous wastes on-site where such wastes were generated. (B) Reserved.
