Rule 3745-55-71. Condition of containers

119.03 If a container holding hazardous waste is not in good condition (e.g., severe rusting, apparent structural defects) or if it begins to leak, the owner or operator must transfer the hazardous waste from such container to a container that is in good condition or manage the waste in some other way that complies with the requirements of Chapters 3745-54 to 3745-57 and 3745-205 of the Administrative Code.
