Rule 3745-580-100. Scrap tire transporter registration certificate

119.03 Except as specified in rule 3745-580-105 of the Administrative Code, any person proposing to transport more than ten scrap tires in a single load shall register as a scrap tire transporter by submitting an application to the director in accordance with rule 3745-580-101 of the Administrative Code as follows: (A) For an initial registration application, not later than ninety days prior to the date the scrap tire transporter proposes to begin transporting scrap tires. (B) For a renewal application, not later than January thirty-first of each year with the submittal of the annual report.
