Rule 3745-65-70. Applicability- manifest system, recordkeeping, and reporting

119.03 (A) Applicability. (1) Rules 3745-65-70 to 3745-65-77 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as rule 3745-65-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise. (2) Rules 3745-65-72 , 3745-65-76, and paragraphs (A) and (B) of rule 3745-65-71 of the Administrative Code do not apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, nor to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to waste military munitions exempted from manifest requirements under paragraph (A) of rule 3745-266-203 of the Administrative Code.
