Submission of prescribed data

September 4, 2014 Senate Bill 140 - 130th General Assembly A company shall submit mortality, morbidity, policyholder behavior, or expense experience and other data as prescribed in the valuation manual for policies it has issued that are in force on or after the operative date of the valuation manual.
