Deposit of securities with treasurer of state

October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly All securities deposited with the superintendent of insurance shall be held by the superintendent for the purpose intended. No security shall be accepted for deposit by the superintendent unless it is of par value and market value of one thousand dollars or more.
