September 1, 2002 Senate Bill 129 - 124th General Assembly Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the superintendent of insurance may waive any licensing requirement for nonresident persons that the superintendent determines is in violation of the reciprocity requirements set forth in section 321 of the "Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999," 113 Stat. 1338, 15 U.S.C.A. 6751.
