Accepting consideration without license

September 1, 2002 Senate Bill 129 - 124th General Assembly A person shall not accept a commission, service fee, brokerage fee, or other type of consideration for selling, soliciting, or negotiating insurance in this state if that person is required to be licensed under this chapter and is not so licensed.
