July 6, 2009 Senate Bill 196 - 127th General Assembly A life insurance policy or annuity that is issued, sold, or assigned for the purpose of purchasing funeral or burial goods or services, and the contractual obligation to provide the goods or services, are not subject to section 4717.36 of the Revised Code.
