Prohibition
August 8, 1991 Senate Bill 137 - 119th General Assembly No managing general agent, insurer, or other person shall violate, or fail to comply with, any provision of section 3905.72 , 3905.73 , 3905.74 , or 3905.75 of the Revised Code.
