Extending appointments to affiliated agents

September 1, 2002 Senate Bill 129 - 124th General Assembly An insurer that appoints a surety bail bond agent who is a member of a business entity shall require that all other surety bail bond agents who are members of the same business entity be appointed to represent that insurer.
