Accelerated benefits calculated on mortality risks
October 23, 1991 House Bill 16 - 119th General Assembly The accelerated benefits provided by any policy subject to this chapter are life insurance benefits and are calculated primarily on the basis of mortality risks rather than morbidity risks.
