September 11, 2008 House Bill 404 - 127th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 3916.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the third degree. (B) Whoever violates division (A) of section 3916.171 of the Revised Code is guilty of a violation of section 2913.02 of the Revised Code.
