October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No corporation, company, or association shall be organized in this state or admitted to do business in this state to transact the business of sickness and accident insurance, as provided in section 3919.31 of the Revised Code, or accident insurance, as provided in section 3919.35 of the Revised Code. This section does not prevent the renewal of the certificates of authority of companies authorized to do such business in this state prior to May 26, 1939.
