Bond of treasurer

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The treasurer of any association or class described in section 3919.39 of the Revised Code which avails itself of the benefits of sections 3919.16 to 3919.38 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall give bond in the manner provided for treasurers of mutual benefit companies, such bond to be conditioned, approved, and renewed as by such treasurer.
