Withdrawals
June 30, 1997 House Bill 374 - 122nd General Assembly An account holder may withdraw funds from the account holder's account at any time, for any purpose. However, the administrator of a medical savings account shall not disburse funds to an account holder during the year in which the funds were deposited, except to reimburse the account holder for, or pay for, a documented eligible medical expense of the account holder or the account holder's spouse or dependent.
