Determination as to whether loss caused by arson

September 30, 2021 House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly Within ninety days of the occurrence of a fire loss in excess of five thousand dollars to real or personal property, the state fire marshal or any other person authorized to make an investigation pursuant to section 3737.24 of the Revised Code shall determine, to the extent practicable and in a manner consistent with accepted standards of investigation, whether such loss was caused by arson.
